Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was superb, being close to the downtown area and offering easy access to shops and dining, the room I stayed in fell short with its small size and lack of seating. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience was also a highlight, offering delicious options but some room for improvement. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the heritage-inspired design added a unique charm. The service was excellent, especially thanks to John Flores, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the town, ocean, and trails. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, and the lack of dining options was a disappointment.
The hotel felt like I was stepping back in time with its small rooms that seemed to belong to an old servants' wing and faced the busy highway. Despite the historical charm, it resulted in a less than ideal experience. However, the location was perfect for us, conveniently close to shops and a state park where we could relax by the fire-pits, although the cleanliness of cups was an issue. The dining experience was a mix of good and not so good, with artistic presentations that were memorable but not entirely satisfying. Overall, a mixed experience with some highs and lows.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, located in an old servant's wing, felt cramped but clean and somewhat comfortable; however, the mold smell was a major issue for my allergies. On the bright side, the staff was accommodating, swiftly relocating us late at night. The location was convenient for exploring downtown and the surrounding attractions, but the lack of cleanliness in some areas was noticeable. The dining options were minimal, contrasting with the variety offered in the past.
